It's in the back -- First is the scene with Kahvi back-handing Cutter and him saying that if it scars he'll keep it as a reminder. Then I turn the page and there's Skywise asking Cutter when did you get so much older? Followed by the stuff with Clearbrook and One-Eye. Well, I can't attest to your last question, but as to the blooper ... here's the order of the pages in my Donning version of Book 4: p161 - the backhand p162 - Leetah & Rayek, then the start of the conversation between Cutter & Skywise p163 - "When did you get so much older than me?" and Clearbrook et.al. p164 - Rayek pledging to guard One-Eye Hope that helps. The "get so much older" stuff ist directly before the Clearbrook and One-Eye stuff.
