Something like: At the urging of Elrond, Frodo must take up the quest again, as evil forces build amongst the wreckage of Mordor. Through various odd events, the entire Fellowship gathers again to make one last stand against the forces of evil. But this time, we find that the Evil One is no less than Gollum, who miraculously escaped from the Crack of Doom. The ring, damaged from the fire but still powerful, gives Gollum dominion over the remains of Sauron's broken legions. Will Gollum amass his armies for a strike at weakened Gondor? Will the fellowship penetrate Gollum's stronghold for a last grasp at the ring of power? Don't miss Lord of the Rings II: The quest for Gollum! Tag line: (whispered) "Preeeeeciiiioussssssss" C'mon, I'm sure you could make it stink more than that. We discover that Galadriel was abducted from the boat taking her to the Undying Lands and then impregnated by a Balrog. Rather than giving birth to a monster, she jumped into Orodruin. However, Gollum, who has grown wise in the evil crafts ofs sorcery, resurrected her and bred a whole swarm of Balrogs from tissue taken from Galadriel's body. A bad sequel can be a transparent rehash of the original story or heavy on plot elements obviously stolen from another bad sequel. Or both.
