I try to use different encoding of internal states (binary, gray, johnson, onehot, twohots, fanin ... etc) and I woud like to find out some relations between encoding and number of used CLBs, etc.. So, could you send me some tips to literature or www links (about this)? Thanks, MICHAL (michal.prokes@asicentrum.cz) ###### From: yuryws@my-deja.com Newsgroups: comp.arch.fpga Subject: Re: Encoding of FSMs internal states Date: Tue, 07 Nov 2000 00:17:32 GMT Organization: Deja.com - Before you buy. I performed many test with encoding and I need some literature to comparing my results to other. And the second reason is that I need some cross-references into my diploma thesis about this problem.
