There was/were, floating around, one or more quite enhanced versions of RWATCH, the systat-like utility from DECUS. IIRC, the enhancements elevated the operators of these programs to enable them to do things the regular user wasn't supposed to be able to do. Would anyone have a copy of such a thing? Hopefully documented? -dq ###### From: "Calvin Miracle" Newsgroups: alt.sys.pdp10 Subject: Re: Enhanced RWATCH? I think this user may have been listening to the game on the radio while online, and updating the name of his "running program" after every play... RWATCH would print a new status line after each change, so anyone else on the system running RWATCH could see the play-by-play in action. I recall watching this display for several minutes late one evening; scores and fouls shots were announced, and then half-time was declared. -- Calvin Miracle University of Louisville Libraries "Douglas H. My buddy Steve, who worked at the radio station, turned me on to the 10's SEND TTY command; he made many acquaintances that way. as he continues to do with IRL... -dq
