Tops10/Ethernet/IP, status is:

* A couple of updates to the DEUNA support in SIMH.

* An IP stack with UDP support, but not yet TCP.  Written under 7.04, but
  the changes to the DEC modules are fairly small and should be easily
  ported to other versions.  *.dif/*.mac files provided.

* A sligthly working tftp daemon.
