I've put together a webpage containing pointers to everything you need (that
is available) in order to setup a PDP-10 emulator running either 
TOPS-10 7.03 or TOPS-20 4.1.

If anyone has pre-built emulators available for download I'd like to add 
pointers to those (especially if they're Windows binaries, as I assume that's 
what most people need, and that most people won't have a way of building
them themselves.  Also if anyone knows of more documentation that I don't
have listed I'd appreciate knowing about it.
