So far, all the ideas that I've found for Earthly (re)incarnation
seem to fall into the following categories

    * Womb/Nursery    (Young souls not quite ready to leave for good)
    * School                 (Compressed and frequent learning experiences)
    * Meal time           (Entities needing better bioenergy awareness)
    * Hospital             (Injured by entropy?)
    * Psych Ward    (Extraphysical worlds might not suit everyone)
    * Prison             (i.e. enforced school/psych ward)

Some (rather capable) projectors feel that a big component of the
reason for reincarnation is so we can experience a wider range
of other peoples consciousnesses. This idea comes from the observation
that extraphysical communities tend to be populated by souls of
a very similar energetic nature. i.e. when we die we tend to go to a place
that is populated by people similar to ourselves. We could call this
the "Earth melting pot" theory but I prefer to include it in the
School category.

But don't listen to me...
