It was very important for me. Now I am almost sure I had a real conversation with my father. He did look substantial. Watching his body language, I was surprised to recognize little details of his manners, which I had forgotten after 20 years. There were these very delicate face expressions, which could be noticed and interpreted only by somebody, who knew him very well. He didn't come to me to declare his guidance, but more like to tell me that he is well, other departed members of our family are well and care about us. The best message I received from him is that nobody from my family will join him soon, thought he misses us very much. This is very important for us since we became paranoiac after a long series of funerals of family members. I did pray prior to sleep - in my way, with my words, since I was raised in a family of atheists and I have never learned to pray. I'm working on developing the habit to visualize myself as light and am surprised how good does this work. Even with my boss :) And after all, now I feel great and full of positive energy. I hope to have many more conscious encounters with my father. He didn't leave my dreams for 20 years. I believe he wouldn't do this now. Hello Heaven Eye, I found out that in my conscious dreams I am not so smart as in my sleep dreams. I couldn't think at the moment of a good way to test the reality of my father without hurting his feelings. But there is something which I didn't know. He appeared to me dressed in a light beige suit, which I don't remember. I asked my mother if she knows something about it. Her answer was that he never had such a suit, but he had dreams of having one like this. His dream became true after his dead. My father died in '89 - he was angry and abusive often during life. Although we made our peace in his final years, he remained angry and abusive after his death. Visiting me on numerous occasions: always negative and abusive but, interestingly, each time he came back, he stayed a little farther away, and was less vocal. Finally, one night, he was standing maybe 10-15 feet away, being very quiet. I walked over to him and said "Don't you know that what you do is wrong?" At this point he started to cry, so I hugged him. I have not had a clear impression of him in a dream since. Negative people will generally tend to move away. "Flaming" can do a lot to help romantic relationships as well. Potential partners who "don't like the light" are probably best avoided. >And after all, now I feel great and full of positive energy. >I hope to have many more conscious encounters with my father. I believe the experience with your father were very important and positive for both of you. There are moments in life when the children have to proceed as they are the parents of their parents. I admire your care and strength to help your father finally to find his peace of mind. My father died when I was 17, we had a good relationship for the most part but we were on bad terms when he died suddenly from a heart attack whilst abroad. When my mum told me the news I never really reacted, it was as if nothing had happened, then six months later I went back in my astral body to when he died and witnessed him laying dead, it was a great shock and the grieving hit me. I was having a break one day at work and nodded off for 5 mins, I had noticed that it was 1.05pm before it happened, he came to my work place and told me to come for a drive, I got in a car with him and he started driving, getting faster and faster, I told him I had to be back at work in 5 mins but he would'nt slow down, I told him he was dead and he can't do this to me and he just laughed at me, then he slowed down and brought me back, I had a sudden awakening, 1.10pm, it was incredible how real it was and the sensation of everything was so enhanced. This was a particuarly unpleasant experience as were at least the first few visits from him, I think he was angry with me, he seemed obliovios to the fact that he had passed over and it was hard work getting that through to him but I succeeded eventually. Everything got more pleasant between us as time went on and I miss him so much now and always pray for him. Take care Donna. heaven eye wrote in message <37EA0C7C.5085B15@Home.com>... > > >LoryBo wrote: > >> Hello Heaven Eye, >> I found out that in my conscious dreams I am not so smart as in my >> sleep dreams.
