So the webtv software is obviously capable of doing this. Most likely you simply need too switch this feature on. It will most likely be called "include old message on reply" or something similar in whatever menu is used to set up the news (and mail) part of WebTVs computer. After this the computer should whenever you press reply include in the new message a copy of the one you are replying to, with all lines prefixed with "> ". Of this copy delete all but those lines, you are replying to, and add your comments after them, like I have included some of your lines at the top of this post. Note that including the old message without "> " is frowned upon (how is the reader to destingish what lines are old and what new). Separting with .... or ---- is also a bad way to do it.
