You might try alt.meditation, alt.meditation.shabda, alt.meditation.moderated, or even alt.religion.eckankar. However, a.m.s is often kind of "out there" due to a couple of self ordained "Masters" and a.r.e is somewhat of a burning junkyard most of the time. I almost always see that star you speak of - sometimes even when my eyes are open and I'm doing things. It sometimes takes on a deep blue color. I don't usually meditate on it, though I probably should. I do, however, look for it after I've already made the shift. It is much more dramatic in that state. The other day I saw a whole lot of these things while I had my eyes open. Looked like sparks flying everywhere. So either it is a natural thing, or I have something weird going on here. :-) I found out what is on the other side of the tunnel last night. I had a dream where I was standing outside a tunnel. I ran in a fair way and saw a light at the other end. It was a few seconds later that I realized that the light was actually a train coming towards me. , death by train. Yet another one to add to my list. Next time I'll dig my own damn tunnel. :-) From Wolfy
