Maybe it was the weightlessness in the water or something, but it works, so I am not complaining :-) I bought myself one of those floating billows and a scented candle a couple of weeks ago. I lighted the candle, and place it on the side of the tube, and filled the tube and laid down on the billow. I would slowly drift to sleep in the bathtub, without doing any oob exercises whatsoever. Then sometime later I would felt the familiar sensations of the vibrations and know that I should stand up and walk out of my physical body. And that was it. One interesting thing this morning was that I didn't even laid down. I was still in a sitting position, but was tired and slowly drifted off to sleep in the tub. Then the vibration came and I just kind of slowly rose up from the sitting position. This is the first time ever that I was able to go oob from a sitting position. I always thought that it was impossible...I guessed I was wrong. One thing though...I didn't move...meaning I had to still the body when I was in the tub. no turning side to side. Just laid with my back emerged in the water. All of these oobes were short though. I would walked out and explored around the street and then got pulled back. There are still problems with my astral visions also, I have to adjust several times to get it going, by kept on saying "Clarity in vision now" several times. And my favorite way to exit my apartment now is to slowly rise up through the ceiling walked to the edge of the roof and jumped down to the ground :-) (I am on the second floor). I guessed that's it. I will post again if I found out anything new.
