Before retiring, I sit down on the edge of my bed, and I say to myself: I will relax, and enjoy having an OBE. I will self hypnotize and by = doing that, I describe the steps I will see during the process. "I will see a road going down, and I will walk the path untill I see a = large door; I will know that when I access it, I will get a full blown = OOBE. I will feel vivrations, SP, and begin to feel the sensation of = floating." It worked, very shortly after, I was out of my body. I used the visualization process, induced during self hypnosis, and it = guided me to a complete success. I tried for months to get an OBE and this is HOW I did get my first one = last night. I hope this might help some of you, who have been so kind with all your = experiences and tips.
