First of all, no one in this ng owes you any explanation whatsoever. Whatever you want to believe is your business. But keep this in mind. When astronauts went to outer space, were they completely felt normal in the new environment? If it wasn't for their long training, they wouldn't be able to do anything. To make it a bit easier( for those who like simple answer) let's take the swimming pool. Remember the first time that you dive down under the water? Did you feel disoriented? Now, these are just example of physical environments. What if you're going to a different DIMENSION or possibly DIMENSIONS....just pause a bit here and let that sink into what you considered your "logical" mind here for a minute..................... would you expect to see everything clearly? Especially if you only have one or two experiences? Why so quick to judge? Personally, I don't know if we are in the physical universe when we obe. More than likely that we are not, since our body is in a finer vibration and we could float or fly easily, how can we expect our environment to be the same. Maybe we are behind the curtains of the stage, behind the curtains of the physical universe. Where things are more flexible, where things have not harden into the physical world yet. That would explain why we can pass through walls and other structures easily. This theory is not new, it been around for awhile now. And how about "DREAMS"....why are we ditching dreams as ordinary state? Many inventors have discovered incredible inventions from their "ordinary dreams". Many artists and musicians have produce masterpieces from their dreams. Many philosophers have world changing insights from their dreams. Not to mention great leaps in discoveries in mathematics and sciences that produced life-saving and life-changing results that came from dreams. President Lincoln also believes in dreams, and he changed the course of this entire nation. Maybe if you're not so brainwash by the philosophy of "show me evidences first before anything else", then you may be able to use the dream/astral/lucid dream/oob state to help you understand a little more about the nature of our universe. The best way to prove this in the near future is to have mutual dreaming. Where we agree with a partner to meet in a dream location. Then both would later describe what they see later on and then compare notes. If both saw the same thing, then this is the prove. The prove that they have been to another "dream" location...and wasn't just "imagine" it ourselves. This would be more feasible than trying to match the dream universe with the physical universe...and to ludicrously expect the dream universe to be the same as the physical universe. That to me would be irrational. Just a little early morning rambling....now I have to get back to being irrational, that's what you think of us isn't it. Hey look, another "flaky" dreamer who thinks that he could get out of his body :-D Lucid ###### From: "Richard" Newsgroups: alt.out-of-body Subject: Re: Give me a reason to believe!
