A while ago I left my body, but not completely. Only my head was still stuck in my physical body. I couldn't get loose completely, besides I didn't feel any (strong) vibrations. Is there someone out there that has experienced the same or something likewise? And more important: do you have any suggestions to break this barrier? Thanks, -- Lot's of energy, Wim Runderkamp. ###### From: Eugene Tang Newsgroups: alt.out-of-body Subject: Re: suggestions? This was my experience, may be you can try the same next time if you are stucked. regards, Eugene Wim Runderkamp wrote: > Hello, > I'm Wim and trying to leave my body voluntarily. Hi Wim! Yes, I have experienced almost exactly the same thing in the past. I became aware in the wee hours of the morning to feel myself floating from side to side within my body in my bed. I tried to will myself to float up out of my body and felt my legs and lower abdomen float up into the air, but my shoulders and head were still stuck in my body. I looked down towards my feet and I could see two translucent legs floating up in front of me. I wasn't able to progress beyond that point at that time. I seem to remember not feeling the vibrations very strongly in that particular episode, so maybe the problem was that I hadn't entered the vibrational state deep enough to be able to have full separation. Perhaps I should have tried to heighten the vibrations first before trying to lift out, but I don't know for certain if that was it, that's just a guess. regards, Enigma ###### From: rschuite@mars.cs.unp.ac.za (Robert Schuitemaker) Newsgroups: alt.out-of-body Subject: Re: suggestions? Yes, I have experienced almost exactly the same thing in the : past. I became aware in the wee hours of the morning to feel myself : floating from side to side within my body in my bed. (I agree with increasing the vibrations) Purely from what I've read elsewhere, I suggest trying some sort of roll to get out fully, or such a movement. (ie. other than just floating)Or try 'sitting up', but take care not to think of doing this physically or you may end up waking up. There are other methods other than rolling, just can't think at the moment :-( Someone else know some?
