I'm not really trained to answer this type of question - but... RV might be helpfull. Also, if I concentrate, I can walk around my apartment with the lights out or my eyes closed. If I do it slowly, I can actually 'hear' when I'm getting close to an object. Of course, as was demonstrated to someone recently, if I don't pay attention, I'll fall right over a peice of furniture and hurt myself ;-) As far as actually seeing... probably - with enough training. But who would you find to train them, and who would be willing to go through that type of dicipline even if it were available? Bart ###### From: "M. He seemed to be able to hear the pitches of sound quite well and could tell what an object was (and it's location) all by sound. Perhaps a very gifted person might be able to do a third eye OOBE for partial sight but, "OOBE", "Conscious" and "walking" all in one, seems like a real task. M. Hi Ma Bell The relationship of sound and vision are very close for the blind. Just able to use another sense for the lack of the other. The "visionary" sence appears as a visualization of the 'sound' waves and frequencies. I use that interrelation to integrate sound and vision at the borderline to OBE. Altho I am getting close... right now, it seems I am exploring varieties of events and experiences that are happening to me, even as I don;'t quite OBE as of yet. The new things going on (psychically/internally) have to be tried out even before the OBE happens. Using the sound visualizations helps out some. Behind the eyelids, its never "empty", but is already filled with infinite possibilities for visions. Just takes some letting go to make them fill the space with light and sound. Welcome to IMAX! They started with moving the hands over an target object and simply registering impressions and then grew from that until full use of psychic seeing. The techniques became known in the west in the 1970s and have been used, but for some reason are an minority thing. -- home: Neil.Franklin@ccw.ch.remove http://www.ccw.ch/Neil.Franklin/ work: franklin@arch.ethz.ch.remove http://caad.arch.ethz.ch/~franklin/ *** It's true ! When blind people dream what do they dream. I mean is it blind person dreams, or do they see? Just wondering. Anybody know?
