"My feeling very stuck [fixated by Richard Reiss with these Anchorpoints created by him] is much less, now. "I SAW it now as, and I ADMITTED ITS EXISTENCE as, a block between me and you, and I did now NOT pretend to 'not be affected by it'. "(I am handling ten upsets of mine with the Anchorpoints that are pushing me away from you, my upsets with this 'block'.) "I see more clearly the Anchorpoint that pulls me away from you; the 'block' is becoming less. "(While I am handling, Reiss several times was enforcing the upset again, putting it there again.) [Comment by Freya:] "Even when you have found out that it IS them, and that it WAS done in so-and-so way, the criminals STILL try to make you feel uncertain about the truth you found out (instead of them admitting it and being grateful that you did at last find it out)." [Comment by Koos:] That is the amazing thing about criminals: They enforced something on you, and then they want you to believe that 'it was NOT enforced on you', but that 'it was freely chosen and freely accepted by yourself'.
