I studied the electronics of Tesla, Moray & others while attending the DeVry Technical Institute in the early 60's & can verify that the science works. As is pointed out in the site Lonnie posted these devices are not available to the average person & in the USA uniform building codes forbid their use by making code compliance very expensive.
