Hi Gary, Yes I have been on the road quite a bit. It is so exciting doing
what I love to do. I just got back from a great class in Israel and I am
heading back to the UK in 2 weeks to teach in Glasgow and Cornwall.

It is great ot get away, but now my family situation is changing and 
I need to be home more, I was doing 2 weeks on then 2 weeks off.
I do my best to keep up with the List here, some good discussion 
going on.  Many of the answers are so close to what I would say 
I have not felt a need to comment.  The Reiki is dangerous was a good
post. People do need to realize that energy work can and will change your
life. Opening up can mean opening up, so be careful what you ask for.
Some filters are good : ) I know when I opened up more to inner sounds
small electrical devices just drove me crazy, the hummming !!!!. I have managed
to
not struggle with the sounds now, in fact use them as a tool. 

Being in touch with the chatter in ones head can be a great gift or a nuisance
it is all your perpective. Get in touch with the fear around it.
