Some time ago, I heard about it, and found it intriguing. For me, it began when I heard about the soon-to-come (relatively speaking) inversion of magnetic poles, presently little-studied, but apparently accepted by modern science ("as seen on TV" & such). So, here is a link to a very detailed and quite readable site that looks no-nonsense to me. Even with a college degree in physics, I'm not able to tell you whether it's bullshitted or not - I personally did not spot weird stuff. But if it were to be a joke, it still looks much more "pro" than the typical newage sewage garbage stuff. http://sidereal7.org/E-Book%20Web/introduction.htm Maybe experienced & clever folks like... a lot of you all (I'm especially thinking about Alex here) can have a look at it, so that we can discuss this a little more. This just points out how little we as a society know about the long term geological history of the planet we live on. It is believed that the magnetic polarity of the earth has changed regularly for billions of years. No one can say for sure what long term effect a change in polarity will have on us humans. > So, here is a link to a very detailed and quite readable site that looks > no-nonsense to me. > > Even with a college degree in physics, I'm not able to tell you whether it's > bullshitted or not - I personally did not spot weird stuff. > But if it were to be a joke, it still looks much more "pro" than the typical > newage sewage garbage stuff. > http://sidereal7.org/E-Book%20Web/introduction.htm I would class the site as interesting research on an understudied natural phenomena. The information doesn't appear to be 'bs' to me & I have added the link to my other ELF links. The US Navy maintains 2 ELF transmitters that I know about for submarine communication & there may be more. The most powerful one is near Marquette Michigan & operates at 38.25 HZ. The other one is in northern Wisconsin & operates at 76.5 HZ. When these transmitters are operated they play havoc with the lei lines around here. The magnetic null point he mentioned is probably caused by a iron crystal rock like the one Rich mentioned is in his area. > Maybe experienced & clever folks like... a lot of you all (I'm especially > thinking about Alex here) can have a look at it, so that we can discuss this > a little more. > > Henri Was there anything particular you wanted to discuss? Well, as I see it, human beings have not much to fear (possibly a very slight increase of skin diseases for unsufficiently protected people), but it's another story for our modern society, every single (un-hardened) chip could be destroyed. Which could be a reason for stone age-minded people like me to feel happy ;-)))) > > (........) > > http://sidereal7.org/E-Book%20Web/introduction.htm > > I would class the site as interesting research on an > understudied natural phenomena.
