As far back as I can remember, I've had two, three, four colds a year -- sometimes substituted by a flu, or sometimes with a flu added in along with three or four colds. I attribute the difference in my immune response to my Reiki attunements (three years ago), and to dialy practice of self-healing and near-daily practice of hatsureiho. I'll also credit the instances of distance Reiki, which I've occasionally requested from folks here at AHR or elsewhere. People here have been very supportive and forthcoming in that way, and I appreciate it. I had a number of things happen. I live in a somewhat remote area, and when computer problems developed, I was putting in a new water well and doing some rebuilding of my house -- the computer got shelved for a while, due to priorities and finances. Then I got a new job, which absorbed a lot of my time. I'm glad to be back. I'm working with borrowed computer time, and I hope, what with the new job, that my finances improve to where I can acquire another laptop. Thanks for asking, Steven.
