The Dr. was already to start cutting and we both focused our energy and the first baby came right out. The energy healing during labor was exteamly helpful, the mother needs as much support as possible. There is nothing that could effect the baby adversly. The Babies love it and will have that connection for the rest of their life. I have sent distant reiki to my sisters and sister-in-law as they were delivering as well. My wife is pregnant with child #4 (God help me!!) and no doubt the reiki will continue until s/he is born. (Yes Brother Wolf - another!) My first 3 all love reiki (and seichem too Patrick) and the eldest was attuned when he was 8. He gives reiki to his brothers, mum, friends and injured kids on his soccer team! It's amazing how it is a natural part of their life....soccer, TV, PlayStation, reiki...just another part of everyday living. I am blessed that I found it (or more to the point that it found me) and was able to pass on such a wonderful gift to them. She was hooked up to a monitor at the time and the nurses could see how relaxed the baby was from the readings of it's heart trace. The labour and subsequent delivery went very smoothly without complication. Sacrum 2. lumbar spine (note) If you treat these areas, after twelve labor pains the baby will be born very easily.
