I likeReiki , I have seen colors before I started learning about Reiki while during an acupuncture session all yellow green and pink bright patches... my acupuncturist said it was due to stress that was leaving my body , I had some pourple visions also.. during Reiki meditations .. Last night being no exception. For the last few months, I've had a misaligned joint where one of my ribs meets the breastbone - and it's been getting increasingly painful to the point where it's curtailing some of the stuff I normally do. Chiropractic has been working on it, but without his usual level of success. Last night in particular, it was very very sore, and there was a discernable lump where the joint was. And it was quite an intensive evening - Indian Head Massage course, followed by an evening of dance (modern jive, which is a partner dance) - so I was agravating it far more than I should. I took a 10-15 minute time-out from the dancing to try using Reiki on the joint, and became aware that Reiki alone would not physically shift this thing back into alignment, but carried on with the intent that Reiki somehow facilitate that. Come the last dance of the evening, and the lady I was dancing with - for absolutely no reason she or I could figure out - suddenly punched me - hard - with both fists, right on the breastbone - an action which, I think, surprised her as much as it did me. It hurt a lot (I'm told she has a karate black belt), but when that had subsided, and the air turned less blue, I realised that the lump was gone, and she'd actually put the thing back into alignment. At which point, it was no surprise for me to learn that she's also got Reiki 2. I remember being told by the guy who gave me my first Reiki attunement - 'Reiki has a tendency to solve problems in very unexpected ways' ... well yes. I think I'm beginning to get that now.
