Once a week, once every few days, once every couple of weeks, or? By chronic problems, I am thinking of anything from backaches, to arthritis, to recurring infections, and so on. I am not thinking of the substitution of Reiki for standard medical treatment, although sometimes individuals seeking help are thinking that. They sometimes have found conventional medicine to be inadequate, or they find their problems recur sometime later, or they just do not like the standard Western-medicine approaches currently available. I am attuned to Reiki III, if this matters. I guess I wonder if anyone is finding that treating too frequently is not optimal due to some rest phase or "ripple phase" needed for the most rapid progress. Thanks & Reiki blessings, Joel ###### From: Daemon Weird Newsgroups: alt.healing.reiki Subject: Re: Optimal spacing of client Reiki treatments? Monthly sessions I feel are too far apart, and don't give the treatments a chance to build up momentum.
