What the heck are you supposed to do with Kundalini energy when it's flowing? As far as I can tell, mine started flowing about three years ago, although I've never had the dramatic experiences some people have, every now and then I get a line of energy flowing up the centre of my body, sparking off each chakra as it comes to it. It woke me up in the middle of the night last night, and I thought okay, so is there something I'm supposed to be doing with this extra energy flow? If anyone has clues, I'd be grateful! It is the naturally self liberating energy of the mind. If you just let it go and release to God then you'll be freeing yourself from bad habits and limited conceptions.
