All of the posting's that I have seen on this subject are all basicly trick's and do not work unless you're at the victims computer. Well there is a much easier way to get in. It's called brute force hacking, and all it requiers is that you telnet in to hotmail.com using port 110. After you're in run a script using the commands "USER" ~Username, and "PASS" ~Password. It might take you a while, but you will get in. You see POP3 does not kick you out after three failed attempt's (You figure that they would have learned by now, wouldn't you!).
