Webtv's suck for lots of reasons,and honestly you would get a better deal on an old pentium system that what you paid for the webtv i am sure.But if you ARE gonna use a webtv the least you can do is read lots of documents called FAQs(Frequently Asked Questions),they explain the caveats and protocall for many things. And given that your text will be read by _many_ others it is inconsiderate to force all caps on them. Particularlly as it will not make their posts (the majority of what you will be reading) appear in caps on your screen. If you need caps because of eye sight problems then you should be using an computer that can automatically convert everything to caps or one with an big screen.
