(By the way my very first try at ASCII pics) Take a look and let me know what you think. I like the first one best. I did want to do a side view but they all came out looking more like chihuahuas that bull terriers. 8) I think if I do a side view it would turn out to be too big a picture for a signature. The gradual slope of the "roman nose" is what makes it hard. /\ /\ /A V A\ | | /| ^ ^ | / | | / \ ## | /kgs..\===/ ~~~ /\ /\ /A V A\ | | | ^ ^ | | | | ## / \===/ ~~~ /\ /\ Little Orphan Annie's dog? /A V A\ | 0 0 |\ | /| \ | ## || \ \===// ~~~ /\ /\ /A V A\ | ! ! | | | | ## | \===~/ ~~~ /\ /\ /A V A\ | @ @ |\ | | \ | ## | \ \===/ ~~~ /\ /\ /A V A\ | v v | | | | ## | \===/ ~~~ And the chihuahuas: \\ \ \ -----. \ ~ \ / <# ----# / / / ===/ /kgs _---- / \~\ \ \-----. \ ~ \ / <# ----# / / / ===/ /kgs _------ / Thanks for any input - Kari ###### From: Kari Storm Newsgroups: alt.ascii-art Subject: Re: Take a look Date: Tue, 11 May 1999 12:10:04 -0400 Organization: The Internet Connection Message-ID: <3738565C.93D9350A@ici.net> References: <37385222.AFCCCE17@ici.net> NNTP-Posting-Host: d-ma-superpop-2-190.ici.net Mime-Version: 1.0 Content-Type: text/plain; charset=us-ascii Content-Transfer-Encoding: 7bit X-Mailer: Mozilla 4.5 [en] (Win98; I) X-Accept-Language: en Lines: 17 Path: chonsp.franklin.ch!pfaff.ethz.ch!news-zh.switch.ch!news-ge.switch.ch!news.belnet.be!news-feed.inet.tele.dk!bofh.vszbr.cz!dispose.news.demon.net!demon!tank.news.pipex.net!pipex!uunet!ams.uu.net!ffx.uu.net!in3.uu.net!news.ici.net!not-for-mail Duh to me! Is this configuration heading for dinosaur status? White? Naw, that's pretty modern. It's funny to think that only about six months ago I still mostly used a monitor in green-on-black monochrome mode. It actually can be quite a bit nicer on the eyes especially if the screen isn't too good in the first place, and that was definitely one crappy spare monitor. But it did have a certain feeling of nostalgy. -- Ilmari Karonen (iltzu@sci.fi) | All information in this message has http://www.sci.fi/~iltzu/ | been carefully for reliability.
