TQFP64 14x14mm 0.8mm Lead Pitch to PGA64 2.54mm Adapter

Adapting an TQFP64 14x14mm (0.8mm lead pitch) chip to 2.54mm pitch pin through
hole technology, using an grid-of-holes board, and "strip of pins" connectors.
